Abstracts will be sent to the Scientific Evaluation Committee Members and will be subjected to a closed evaluation process.

Guidelines for Paper Writing Rules

Working Principles of Online Paper Submission System*
Please read the abstract carefully before writing it. Firstly, a user must be created by assigning a username and password from the system. Abstracts created in the system are saved in the system for evaluation only after the submission is approved, please make sure that your abstract is registered and sent to the system.

  • Each participant can apply as a presenter with a maximum of 2 papers.
Oral and Poster Paper Abstract Submission Rules
  • The abstract (excluding the title of the paper) should not exceed 350 words (References are not required for submission).
  • Abstracts can preferably be submitted in Turkish or English.
  • The title of the paper should fully reflect the content of the study.
  • The name-surname, institution, city and contact address of the authors should be indicated.
  • If the abstract is accepted, the person who is planned to present the paper should be marked in the relevant place in the system.
  • Abstracts should be in structured format; "Introduction and Objective", "Materials and Methods", "Results and Conclusion".
  • At least 3 "Key Words" should be specified.
  • A maximum of 3 photo files (JPEG or PNG) can be uploaded in each abstract (if desired), and the uploaded photos can be tables or figures.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalised (abbreviations are exceptions).
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the abbreviation should be indicated in parentheses in the first place where the full name is mentioned.
Letter of Acceptance
  • After the paper evaluation process, all acceptance letters will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the author.
  • The author who will present the accepted paper must have completed the registration process, otherwise the abstracts will not be included in the abstract book.
