Registration accommodation package fees do not include VAT. VAT rate is 20%.
According to the law numbered 7193, 2% accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation packages.
Registration is mandatory for specialists, assistants, nurses and company representatives to participate in the general areas of the congress and scientific meetings. Participation in scientific activities, name badge, name badge programme and participation certificate are included in the registration fee.
Accommodation fees are for 2 nights and include 17 April check-in and 19 April check-out.
Bosphorus Meetings reserves the right to reflect the change in the amount of taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the prices.
We kindly ask you to contact us regarding your early check-in or late check-out requests within the scope of the congress dates.

Transfer fees apply to group transfers for arrivals on April 17, 2026, and departures on April 19, 2027. For requests for interim or private transfers, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
