Abstracts created in the system will only be registered for evaluation after submission is confirmed. Please make sure your abstract is submitted and recorded in the system.

  • Each participant may apply with a maximum of 2 abstracts as a presenting author.

Rules for Oral and Poster Abstract Submissions

  • The abstract text (excluding the title) should not exceed 350 words. (References are not required for submission.)
  • Abstracts can be submitted preferably in Turkish or English.
  • The title should accurately reflect the content of the study.
  • The full names, institutions, cities, and contact information of all authors should be provided.
  • If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author must be marked in the relevant field in the system.
  • Abstracts must follow a structured format: "Introduction and Aim", "Materials and Methods", "Results and Conclusion".
  • At least three keywords must be included.
  • A maximum of three image files (JPEG or PNG) may be uploaded per abstract, which can include tables or figures.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (except for abbreviations).
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full term must be written out in parentheses the first time the abbreviation is mentioned.

Acceptance Letter

  • The abstract evaluation process will be finalized by independent reviewers, and all acceptance letters will be sent to the corresponding author's registered email address in the system.
  • The presenting author of the accepted abstract must complete the registration process. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included in the abstract book.
